405.35 kWp Rooftop Solar Plant Commissioned at MYK Laticrete Pvt Ltd with DG-PV Synchronization

A 405.35 kWp rooftop solar power plant has been successfully commissioned at MYK Laticrete Pvt Ltd, marking another step forward in industrial solar adoption. The project faced several logistical and technical challenges — including lifting materials up to a height of 20 meters and carrying out the installation during high wind conditions. Despite these hurdles, the team executed the project with precision and efficiency.
The solar plant features a DC capacity of 405.35 kWp and an AC capacity of 325 kWp. It is powered by three inverters: 125 kW, 100 kW, and 100 kW respectively. A significant highlight of the project is the successful integration of DG-PV synchronization, ensuring seamless operation alongside diesel generators. Additionally, a Reverse Power Relay (RPR) has been installed to protect the DG systems.
The success of this project is attributed to strong teamwork and the reliable support of vendor partners, who ensured timely delivery and execution. This installation demonstrates a practical example of how industries can adopt renewable energy, even in technically demanding conditions. It reaffirms the commitment toward a greener future by supporting sustainable energy transitions in industrial operations.
