Bhageria Green Energy Solutions Powers World's First Solar-Powered Sea Port

A monumental achievement was made today with the completion of Bhageria Green Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd's 11.4 MWp rooftop solar project at APM Terminals Bahrain, marking the world’s first sea port powered entirely by solar energy. This project represents a significant milestone in sustainable energy solutions for the maritime sector, contributing an annual generation of approximately 17.5 GWh. With this energy output, it is expected to prevent about 7,650 metric tons of CO? emissions each year.

The successful integration of solar energy into port operations sets a new precedent for sustainable development within the sector, promising significant environmental benefits while paving the way for further advancements in renewable energy solutions.
