Adani Expands Solar and Wind Manufacturing with New Subsidiary

Adani New Industries, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani New Industries One (ANIOL), for solar manufacturing. The company invested Rs100,000 for 10,000 equity shares in ANIOL, which will focus on trading and supplying solar and wind energy components, including solar panels, inverters, wind turbines, blades, and related equipment, alongside various services.

Adani New Industries already manufactures solar modules and assembles wind turbines. In 2024, Adani Enterprises raised Rs4,200 crore through a qualified institutional placement, issuing over 1.4 crore equity shares at Rs2,962 per share.
