Servotech Secures 4.1 MW Rooftop Solar Project from East Coast Railway

Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. (NSE: SERVOTECH) has been awarded a significant 4.1 MW rooftop solar project by the Waltair Division of the East Coast Railway in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Valued at INR 15.8 crore, this project will span multiple sites and includes the design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of on-grid rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (PV) plants of varying capacities.

This project aligns with Indian Railways’ ambitious renewable energy goals, aimed at reducing its carbon footprint and enhancing sustainability within its infrastructure. It highlights the government’s continued push toward decarbonising transport systems and promoting clean energy across public sector operations.
