1.8 MWp Solar project Commissioned Under PM-KUSUM to Empower Rural India

A 1.8 MWp solar park has been successfully commissioned under the PM-KUSUM Component-C scheme, marking a significant stride in India’s mission to strengthen rural energy access through clean and decentralized power. This solar park is owned and operated by Zodiac Energy Limited and has been implemented in partnership with Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL).
The project aligns with the objectives of PM-KUSUM, which aims to promote solar energy adoption among farmers and rural communities by reducing dependence on fossil fuels and conventional grid electricity.
