AMPIN Energy Transition Partners with IMFA for 40 MW from Wind-Solar Hybrid Project

AMPIN Energy Transition has entered into a 25-year agreement with Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd (IMFA) to supply 40 MW of renewable power from a 116 MW wind-solar hybrid project. The hybrid solution includes 58 MW AC of solar and 58 MW of wind capacity. This partnership marks a major step for IMFA in integrating renewable energy into its operations, aiming to reduce both energy costs and carbon emissions.
The project is expected to mitigate approximately 176,525 metric tons of CO2
This collaboration is aligned with India’s broader renewable energy goals and underlines the growing trend of industrial decarbonization through hybrid renewable systems.
