Aravali Power Issues EPC Tender for 3.5 MW Solar Projects in Haryana

Aravali Power Company has floated an EPC tender for developing 3.5 MW of ground-mounted solar projects at Jhajjar, Haryana. The scope includes design, engineering, procurement, construction, and five years of O&M services. Bidders must submit their proposals by July 9, 2025, with bid opening scheduled for July 10. An earnest money deposit of Rs2 million and a tender fee of Rs6,640 are required. Selected contractors must furnish a performance bank guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value.
The project must be completed within 13 months from the letter of award. Installations are to be made in areas with minimal shadowing to ensure optimal energy generation. Only modules listed under List I of the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) with a minimum capacity of 600 Wp can be used.
Eligible bidders must have developed a cumulative 2.8 MW of solar capacity in the past seven years, with at least one 1 MW project connected to 11 kV or higher. Alternatively, developers with an operational portfolio meeting the same specifications qualify. Financially, bidders must show an average annual turnover of Rs106.3 million over the past three years and a net worth equal to their paid-up capital.
