Ather Energy Limited has opened its 55th Experience Centre (EC) in Maharashtra, located in Dharashiv, marking a major milestone in its rapid state-wide expansion. In just the last two months, Ather has launched 16 new ECs in cities like Nashik, Solapur, Bhusawal, and Vasai, responding to growing demand for its electric scooters—particularly the family-focused Ather Rizta. Maharashtra now hosts 39 Ather Service Centres, including three premium Gold Service Centres, and 524 fast-charging and Neighbourhood chargers as part of India’s largest 2-wheeler fast-charging network, the Ather Grid.

The company's latest models, including the Ather 450X, 450 Apex, and 450S, offer improved TrueRange™ and new features such as multi-mode traction control. The Rizta, Ather’s first family scooter, comes in two models and three variants with an IDC range of up to 159 km and 56L of storage, and is priced starting at Rs1.08 lakh (ex-showroom Pune). Ather’s Chief Business Officer, Ravneet Singh Phokela, emphasized Maharashtra’s importance as a key growth market, noting high EV adoption in both urban and emerging towns.

With 3,578 chargers installed nationwide as of March 31, 2025, Ather continues to focus on ecosystem development alongside its vehicle rollout, strengthening its position as a leading player in India’s electric two-wheeler sector.
