May 24, 2025

Bajel Projects Ltd, a Bajaj Group company, reported a robust financial performance for FY25, with total income more than doubling to Rs2,629.13 crore from Rs1,194.51 crore in FY24. The company’s EBITDA jumped 152% year-on-year to Rs90.17 crore, while profit after tax soared 260% to Rs15.46 crore. Bajel also improved its EBITDA margin to 3.43% from 2.99% the previous year, indicating improved operational efficiency.

For Q4 FY25, Bajel recorded a 59% year-on-year increase in total income to Rs808.03 crore and a 64% rise in revenue from operations to Rs801.43 crore. Despite the strong top-line growth, EBITDA growth for the quarter was modest at 5.5%, reaching Rs27.33 crore. Quarterly profit after tax declined 32% year-on-year to Rs4.82 crore, indicating some margin pressures.

MD and CEO Rajesh Ganesh credited the company's strong FY25 performance to its execution capabilities and operational discipline. Bajel’s results reflect a solid foundation for continued growth, driven by its focus on scale and profitability improvements.
