Bridge and Roof Invites Bids for BoS Package of 600 MW Solar Projects in Gujarat’s Khavda Region

Bridge and Roof Company (India) Limited has issued a tender for the Balance of System (BoS) package covering 600 MW (2×300 MW) of ISTS-connected solar photovoltaic projects at NTPC Renewable Energy’s solar park in Khavda, Gujarat. The submission deadline for bids is October 27, 2025.

The estimated tender value stands at Rs150 crore, and the project completion timeline has been set at 10 months. In addition, the selected contractor will be required to provide three years of comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services.

Interested bidders must submit a tender document fee of Rs22,500 and an earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs97 lakh. The techno-commercial bids are scheduled to open on October 28, 2025.

To qualify, bidders must demonstrate prior experience in executing solar EPC projects (with or without the supply of solar PV modules) within the last seven years. Alternatively, they should have completed industrial or infrastructure projects in the solar or construction sectors, either as a developer or EPC contractor for government, PSU, PSE, or private clients during the same period.

Eligibility criteria include:

• For three similar works, each must be valued at not less than Rs73.60 crore.
• For two similar works, each must be valued at a minimum of Rs92 crore.
• For one similar work, the executed value must be at least Rs147.20 crore.

Financially, bidders are required to have an average annual turnover of Rs55.20 crore over the last three financial years and maintain a positive net worth for FY 2024–25.
