Enlog Targets 40,000-Ton Carbon Emission Cut in 2025 with AI-Driven Energy Optimization
Jun 05, 2025
On World Environment Day, Delhi-based energy intelligence startup Enlog announced its ambitious goal to reduce 40,000 tons of carbon emissions in 2025—ten times its 2024 achievement. Specializing in AI-powered energy management, Enlog optimizes electricity usage in over 1,580 PG accommodations, 200 hotels, and various commercial spaces, significantly lowering energy waste.
CEO Bharath Rnkawat emphasized that India's energy challenge is more about smarter consumption than increased generation. Enlog’s approach integrates seamlessly into existing systems, automating energy savings without behavioral changes or performance trade-offs. The company's AI-driven platform boasts a 99.8% uptime and has already helped clients manage 20,000 MWh of electricity, avoiding over 4,000 tons of CO2 emissions in 2024.
Backed by real-time data analytics, Enlog’s solution enables businesses to meet their ESG goals while reducing power bills. With buildings accounting for nearly 40% of India's electricity use—much of it wasted—the startup's 23?ficiency gain per site offers a scalable impact. Enlog now aims to offset a cumulative one million tons of emissions by 2027, aligning with India’s net-zero target for 2070.
This expansion highlights Enlog’s growing role in India’s climate strategy, positioning energy demand optimization as a key component alongside renewable energy development.
