Gautam Solar Secures ALMM and BIS Approvals for High-Efficiency 640 Wp R-Series Modules

Gautam Solar has achieved a significant milestone with its 640 Wp R-Series TOPCon solar modules receiving approvals from both the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). This recognition positions Gautam Solar among the few Indian manufacturers to attain these certifications for such high-wattage modules.

The 640 Wp R-Series modules are designed to deliver superior efficiency and higher energy output within the same land area, making them an excellent choice for EPC contractors and solar developers aiming to maximize project returns. Engineered for next-generation solar plants, these modules are tailored to power large-scale and utility solar projects with reliable, high-performance technology.

Featuring a peak output of 640 Wp and efficiency up to 23.69%, the R-Series modules stand ahead of most competing products in the market. Their advanced design enables enhanced power density and optimized land utilization, translating to more energy per square meter. The modules also help reduce Balance of System (BoS) costs and lower the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) — making them a cost-effective solution for large solar installations.
