Goldi Solar Inaugurates AI-Powered PV Module Manufacturing Line in Kosamba

Goldi Solar Pvt. Ltd. marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of its new PV module manufacturing line at Kosamba, Gujarat. The event was graced by Shri Pralhad Joshi, Hon’ble Minister of New and Renewable Energy, whose visit underscored the government’s commitment to strengthening India’s solar manufacturing sector and promoting Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Advanced AI-Driven Manufacturing

The newly built PV module production facility is integrated with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, ensuring high efficiency, precision, and quality control in solar module production. This state-of-the-art facility aligns with India’s goal of boosting domestic solar manufacturing and reducing reliance on imports.

During the visit, Shri Pralhad Joshi demonstrated a keen understanding of the solar manufacturing process, appreciating the facility’s innovation and Goldi Solar’s role in accelerating India’s transition to clean energy. His emphasis on self-reliance, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology highlights the government's push for expanding solar production capabilities under the Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme.
