India's First Green Hydrogen Plant for Float Glass Sector Commissioned

INOXAP has successfully commissioned India’s first-ever Green Hydrogen plant for the Float Glass sector in partnership with Asahi India Glass Ltd at its Soniyana facility in Chittorgarh. The plant operates under a 20-year offtake agreement, marking a significant step towards decarbonizing industrial processes.

With a capacity of 190 TPA, the plant is powered by solar energy, ensuring sustainable hydrogen production. Over its operational lifetime, it is expected to reduce CO_? emissions by 25,000 MT, reinforcing the industry's shift toward cleaner energy solutions.
