Insolation Energy Secures 109.79 MW Solar Project from JVVNL under PM-KUSUM

Insolation Energy (INA Solar), through its subsidiary Insolation Green Energy, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (JVVNL) to develop 109.79 MW of solar power projects across 58 sites under Component A of the PM-KUSUM Yojana. With an estimated investment of Rs380 crore (inclusive of GST), the projects will be developed under the RESCO model and completed by Q1 of FY2026–27.
The project scope includes the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and 25-year O&M of grid-connected solar plants and associated 11 kV lines, as well as integration with remote monitoring systems. Tariffs are set at Rs2.55/unit for 51 sites, Rs3.037/unit for 6 sites, and Rs3.04/unit for 1 site. Once operational, the plants are expected to generate 17.56 crore units annually, yielding an estimated yearly revenue of Rs45.82 crore.
INA Solar has also reported a strong FY25 performance, with a revenue increase of 80.9% to Rs1,338 crore and a 127.5% jump in PAT to Rs126.2 crore. The company is advancing backward integration by setting up a 3 GW solar cell line and expanding aluminium frame capacity in Madhya Pradesh. Its consolidated order book exceeds Rs2,000 crore.
