The Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) has invited bids for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of 14 MW grid-connected ground-mounted solar projects on government land in Palamu and East Singhbhum districts.
Tender Details and Deadlines
- Bid Submission Deadline: April 21, 2025
- Bid Opening Date: April 23, 2025
- Security Deposit:
- 10% of total contract value within 30 days of receiving the Letter of Intent (LoI)
- 5% of the O&M contract price within 30 days before the operation and maintenance (O&M) period begins
Project Breakdown
Palamu District – 9 MW Solar Project
- Estimated Cost: Rs92.97 crore
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs1.86 crore
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have commissioned at least 4.5 MW of ground-mounted, grid-connected solar projects over the past seven years
- At least one project must be of 1 MW at a single location
- The reference project must have been operational for at least six months before the bid submission deadline
- Average annual financial turnover of at least Rs27.9 crore in the last three years
- Must have a positive net worth in the previous or current financial year
East Singhbhum District – 5 MW Solar Project
- Estimated Cost: Rs43.93 crore
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs0.878 crore
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have commissioned at least 2.5 MW of ground-mounted, grid-connected solar projects in the past seven years
- At least one project must be of 1 MW at a single location
- The reference project must have been operational for at least six months before the bid submission deadline
- Average annual financial turnover of at least Rs13.179 crore in the last three years
- Must have a positive net worth in the previous or current financial year
Project Execution & Maintenance
- Commissioning Timeline: Within 12 months from the issuance of the work order
- Operation & Maintenance: The successful bidder will be responsible for comprehensive O&M for 25 years
