JVVNL Invites Bids for 1,200.7 MW Solar Projects Under PM-KUSUM Component A

Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) has issued 13 tenders for 1,200.7 MW of grid-connected solar projects at 33/11 kV sub-stations under Component A of PM-KUSUM. These projects will have individual capacities ranging from 500 kW to 2 MW.
Key Tender Details:
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs100,000/MW.
- Tender Procurement Fee: Rs2,950/MW + 18% GST.
- Application Processing Fee: Rs5,000/MW + 18% GST.
- Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): Rs100,000/MW.
- Commissioning Timeline: Within nine months of the Letter of Award (LoA).
- Scope of Work: Includes design, survey, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25-year O&M.
- ALMM Compliance: Only Approved List of Module Manufacturers (ALMM) certified modules are allowed.
- Land & Financial Requirements: Bidders must arrange land and demonstrate financial capability.
Bid Submission & Opening Dates:
- April 24, 2025: 109.11 MW & 250.18 MW (Opening: April 28, 2025).
- April 28, 2025: 55.79 MW & 100.43 MW (Opening: May 1, 2025).
- April 30, 2025: 77.52 MW, 78.63 MW, 100.63 MW (Opening: May 2, 2025).
- May 1, 2025: 29.49 MW, 52.52 MW, 53.38 MW, 114.45 MW, 102.71 MW (Opening: May 5, 2025).
JVVNL has been actively expanding solar deployment under PM-KUSUM. Recently, it invited EOIs for 112.6 MW of decentralized solar projects and earlier this year, for 101.15 MW of similar projects in Rajasthan.
