JVVNL Issues Tenders for 354 MW Solar Projects under PM-KUSUM

Aug 14, 2025

Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL) has invited price bids for 354 MW of grid-connected solar projects under the PM-KUSUM – Component A scheme. The tenders, divided into four packages, aim to connect projects to 33/11 kV substations via 33 kV or 11 kV lines, including Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS).

  • Tender 1: 116 MW in Nokha division, Bikaner district (58 sites, 1.50–2 MW each).
  • Tender 2: 102 MW in Barmer district (53 sites, 1.5–2 MW each).
  • Tender 3: 56 MW in Gudamalani division, Barmer circle (25 sites, 1–2 MW each).
  • Tender 4: 80 MW in Jodhpur circle, Bilara division (40 sites, 2 MW each).
  • The scope covers design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25 years of operation & maintenance. Tariff bids must be up to three decimal places and cannot exceed the Rs3.040/kWh ceiling. The processing fee is Rs2,950 (including GST).

Bids close on August 14, 2025, and open on August 18. Only bidders empaneled under previous expressions of interest are eligible. This follows JVVNL’s earlier April 2025 call for 1,200.7 MW of solar projects under the same program, reflecting Rajasthan’s push for decentralized renewable generation in rural areas.
