KEC International Secures Rs1,174 Crore Transmission and Distribution Orders in India and Middle East

KEC International Limited, a leading global infrastructure EPC major and part of the RPG Group, has announced that it has bagged new transmission and distribution (T&D) orders worth Rs1,174 crore across India and the Middle East.
The fresh contracts include an order for ±800 kV HVDC and 765 kV transmission lines from a reputed private developer in India, along with multiple orders for 380 kV transmission lines in Saudi Arabia.
Commenting on the development, Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and CEO of KEC International, said,
“We are delighted with the consistent success of our T&D business, reflected in several large order wins. The prestigious HVDC transmission line project has significantly boosted our share of orders from private developers in India. Meanwhile, the major contract in Saudi Arabia further strengthens our leadership in the Middle East T&D market.”
Kejriwal added that with these new wins, the company’s year-to-date (YTD) order intake has reached Rs14,000 crore, marking a strong trajectory for its future growth plans.

The company is currently active in over 30 countries and has a footprint spanning more than 110 nations through its EPC operations and supply network for towers and cables.
