Kosol Energie Commissions 38 MW Solar Project for GSECL in Gujarat

Kosol Energie Pvt. Ltd., a leading Indian solar EPC and module manufacturing company, has successfully commissioned a 38 MW (DC) solar power project for Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd. (GSECL) at Chhadavada, Gujarat. This milestone strengthens Kosol Energie’s role in India’s renewable energy mission and the nation’s pursuit of energy independence.

The Chhadavada project is equipped with 550 WP bifacial solar modules mounted on advanced tracker-based Module Mounting Structures (MMS). This design ensures higher energy yield, improved efficiency, and long-term reliability. By integrating advanced technology with strong engineering capabilities, Kosol Energie aims to deliver sustainable and high-performing energy solutions.

Kalpesh Kalthia, CMD of Kosol Energie, highlighted that the project reflects the company’s focus on innovative engineering and sustainable power delivery. He emphasized that the successful commissioning is a testament to the team’s dedication and expertise in building impactful solar infrastructure.

This project also aligns with Gujarat’s ambitious renewable energy roadmap, strengthening its position as a frontrunner in solar power deployment. At the national level, it contributes to India’s target of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030. Kosol Energie is further expanding its footprint in utility-scale solar, EPC services, and module manufacturing.
