KPI Green Energy Bags 100 MW Solar EPC Order in Gujarat
Jul 08, 2025
KPI Green Energy Limited has received a significant new order to execute a 100 MW solar power project for a private entity in Gujarat under its engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) vertical. The project will involve full end-to-end delivery, including the supply of advanced module mounting structures and balance-of-plant (BoP) materials. KPI will also handle civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation works, and provide long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) services throughout the solar plant’s lifecycle.
While the financial terms were not disclosed in the company’s regulatory filing, the order marks another milestone in KPI’s growing portfolio. This announcement follows KPI Green Energy’s June 2025 update, where its subsidiary, Sun Drops Energia, secured 36.87 MW in captive solar orders to be implemented in tranches during FY 2025–26.
The project enhances KPI Green Energy’s position in India’s utility-scale solar EPC market, and contributes to Gujarat’s expanding renewable energy infrastructure. With this latest development, the company continues to demonstrate its ability to deliver large-scale, turnkey solar solutions that support private sector decarbonization efforts.
