L&T Secures Major Rs5,000–10,000 Cr Orders for Power Transmission Projects in India and Middle East

Larsen & Toubro’s Power Transmission & Distribution (PT&D) business has won significant new orders valued between Rs5,000–10,000 crore for developing grid infrastructure in India and overseas. Domestically, the company will construct 765kV and 400kV transmission lines in Andhra Pradesh to integrate a Renewable Energy Zone, supporting India's clean energy goals.

Internationally, L&T secured turnkey contracts in the Middle East to build 220kV and 132kV Gas Insulated Substations (GIS), awarded by leading regional transmission asset owners and operators. These developments underscore L&T’s continued leadership in building future-ready grid infrastructure and contributing to global energy transition efforts.
