NISE and P3C Partner to Advance Perovskite Solar Research

The National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) has signed an MoU with P3C Technology and Solutions Pvt Ltd to enhance research on perovskite and perovskite-silicon tandem solar photovoltaic devices. This collaboration aims to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability in next-generation solar technologies.
By leveraging NISE’s expertise in solar research and P3C’s advanced technology solutions, the partnership seeks to accelerate innovations that could revolutionize clean energy generation. As the global energy landscape evolves, perovskite-based solar cells offer promising advancements in efficiency and affordability, potentially reshaping the future of renewable energy.
NISE is an autonomous specialized institute under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, mandated for research and development, solar component testing and certification, capacity building, and development of solar products and applications. The technical support of NISE complements the requirements of MNRE to become a self-reliable renewable power producing nation and accept the series of challenges intervened in amidst of implementation of the National Solar Mission (NSM).
