ONGC Seeks Bids for 1.54 MW Solar Systems O&M Across 19 Installations in Gujarat

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has issued a tender for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of 1.54 MW grid-connected solar systems spread across 19 installations in the Mehsana asset in Gujarat. The project involves managing various installations, including cleaning, inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
The Last Date for Bid Submission is January 16, 2025 and bid will be opened on next day i.e January 17, 2025. Bidder has to be submit the Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) of Rs 66,000/-. The Performance Bank Guarantee(PBG) will be 3% of the total contract value. The Contract Duration will be for 3 years The selected bidder will be responsible for managing the O&M activities of solar systems at various sites, including Balol GGS-2 (39.97 kW), Jotana GGS (20 kW), and KDM Office, Mehsana (285 kW), among others. The work includes troubleshooting, replacing defective parts, and ensuring the systems operate optimally. Bidders must have prior experience in O&M of grid-connected solar projects. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and startups are exempt from paying the earnest money deposit.
