PFC Consulting Invites Bids for 4.5 GW Renewable Energy Evacuation at Mandsaur

PFC Consulting has invited bids to enhance the evacuation capacity of 4.5 GW renewable energy and construct line bays at the Mandsaur substation in Madhya Pradesh. The project aims to improve grid connectivity for multiple renewable energy projects.

The project scope includes:
- 220 kV line bay for Waaree Renewable Technologies’ solar project
- 400 kV line for NTPC Renewable Energy’s solar project
- 220 kV line bay for JSP Green’s wind project
- 220 kV line bay for TEQ Green Power’s hybrid project
The selected bidders must design, construct, and commission the transmission infrastructure at the Mandsaur pooling station on a Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT) basis. They are also responsible for land compensation, securing approvals, and long-term operations & maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in developing infrastructure projects worth Rs500 crore in the last five years, with each project worth at least Rs100 crore.
- Alternatively, experience in infrastructure projects receiving aggregate payments of Rs500 crore over five years.
- Net worth of at least Rs250 crore over the last three financial years.

- In 2024, PFC issued an RfP for 4.5 GW renewable energy evacuation at Kurnool-III PS, Andhra Pradesh.
