Saatvik Green Energy Reports Strong Q1 FY 2025-26 Performance with 272% YoY Revenue Growth

Oct 13, 2025

Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of FY 2025–26, ending June 30, 2025, showcasing robust growth across all key financial metrics. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs9.15 billion, representing an impressive 272.28% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to Rs2.45 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs1.81 billion, up by approximately 346.04% YoY from Rs0.40 billion in Q1 FY 2024–25. The company attributed the sharp rise in financial performance to strong execution across projects, expanding manufacturing capabilities, and increasing demand for high-efficiency solar modules both in India and overseas markets.

In September 2025, Saatvik Green Energy received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the installation of 1,500 solar water pumping systems under the Component B Scheme (2025–2026). This initiative reinforces the company’s focus on supporting India’s clean energy transition and rural electrification efforts.

Earlier in January 2025, the company had also secured two solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts from the Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL), with a combined capacity of 23 MW. These projects highlight Saatvik’s growing presence in the public sector solar space and its continued expansion in large-scale EPC and solar infrastructure development across India.

With strong project execution, diversified contracts, and consistent financial performance, Saatvik Green Energy continues to position itself as one of India’s leading integrated solar energy companies, driving sustainable growth and innovation in the renewable energy sector.
