SECI Invites Bids for BoS Package for 200 MW Solar Project in Madhya Pradesh

The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has invited bids for a Balance of System (BoS) package for a 200 MW solar power project in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, with a submission deadline of May 22, 2025. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit of Rs7.48 crore.
The scope of work includes the design, procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar project, excluding solar modules. Bidders will also need to perform site-related activities such as inspections, packing, storage, and civil works. Additionally, operation and maintenance will be required for five years post-commissioning.
Bidders must meet technical eligibility criteria through one of three specified routes, which include completing solar projects of specified capacities and durations in the last seven years. They must also have a minimum annual turnover of Rs150 crore in the last three financial years. This project is part of SECI’s 12 GW solar development under the Central Public Sector Undertaking Phase II. Recently, SECI also floated a tender for the supply of 260 MW of domestic content-compliant modules for a nearby solar project.
