Singareni Collieries Invites Bids for 137 MW Solar Project Management Consultancy Services in Telangana

The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has issued two tenders for project management consultancy (PMC) services for a total of 137 MW of ground-mounted solar projects across Telangana. These services will include reviewing the design and work of EPC contractors, inspecting solar modules, overseeing on-site execution, and testing plant performance.
Tender 1 covers 107 MW across three locations:
- 5 MW at Singareni Thermal Power Project
- 37 MW at Ramagundam-3
- 5 MW at Sathupalli
Bidders must submit bids by April 30, 2025, along with an earnest money deposit of Rs200,000 and a tender fee of Rs7,080. To qualify, bidders must have prior experience with PMC for a single 50 MW solar project and a combined experience of 1,000 MW over five years. Financially, they must show an average turnover of Rs5 crore and a positive net worth.
Tender 2 includes 30 MW across:
- 15 MW at Yellandu
- 10 MW at Bhupalpalli
- 5 MW at Ramagundam-1
Bids are due April 29, 2025, with a smaller deposit and fee. Requirements include experience in 15 MW single-project PMC and 300 MW cumulatively. Specific technical staff must be on payroll, and consortiums are not allowed.
These PMC tenders follow SCCL’s earlier development tenders floated in March 2025.
