SJVN Green Energy Invites Bids for Consultancy Services for 25 MW Green Hydrogen Project in Assam

SJVN Green Energy Limited (SGEL), a subsidiary of SJVN, has issued a tender seeking consultancy services to develop a roadmap, prepare a detailed project report (DPR), and draft tender documents for a 25 MW green hydrogen project in Assam. The project will employ advanced electrolysis-based technologies powered by renewable energy.

The tender, released on behalf of SGEL Assam Renewable Energy, a joint venture between SGEL and Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL), requires bids to be submitted by February 27, 2025. The bids will be opened on the same day.

Bidding Requirements

Interested bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs50,000 along with a tender document fee of Rs2,360, inclusive of 18% GST. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting technical studies, developing a comprehensive roadmap, preparing a detailed DPR, and assisting in drafting tender documents for the project.

The assignment must be completed within three months of the award.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must have at least seven years of experience in providing consultancy services as of the last day of the month prior to the bid submission deadline. Additionally, bidders must have completed at least one of the following:

• One similar project with a minimum contract value of Rs20 lakh
• Two similar projects, each with a minimum contract value of Rs12.5 lakh
• Three similar projects, each with a minimum contract value of Rs10 lakh

Bidders are also required to have an average annual turnover of Rs50 lakh over the last three financial years.
