SJVN Green Energy Tenders 951 MW Solar EPC Package Under MSKVY 2.0 in Maharashtra

SJVN Green Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SJVN, has floated a tender for an EPC package to develop 74 solar power projects totaling 951 MW under Maharashtra’s Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY) 2.0, aligned with PM-KUSUM Component C. The scope includes design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, along with three years of operations and maintenance. Bidders must identify land, develop evacuation infrastructure up to the interconnection point, and install an SCADA-based monitoring system.
Only ALMM-listed solar modules are allowed. Interested bidders must pay Rs5,000 (plus GST) for the bid document and submit an earnest money deposit of Rs11.20 lakh/MW. The deadline for bid submission is July 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM, with techno-commercial bids opening the same day at 3:00 PM.
Eligibility criteria include having executed SPV grid-connected plants of at least 30 MWp (with one project ?10 MWp operational for three months), or experience in executing industrial/infrastructure projects worth Rs1.68 crore/MW in successful operation for six months. Additionally, bidders must have commissioned at least one 33 kV substation with key equipment operational for six months. Financially, they must demonstrate an average annual turnover of Rs1.68 crore/MW over the last three fiscal years.
