Skymax Infrapower Drives Solar Growth with Projects Across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra & Gujarat

Jun 23, 2025

Skymax Infrapower Ltd, formerly Rawat Associates, is rapidly advancing India’s renewable energy sector through strategic solar projects. Under the leadership of Managing Director Karan Rawat, the company is executing initiatives across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development and clean energy expansion.

A significant milestone in Skymax’s journey is the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Madhya Pradesh government during the Global Investment Summit on February 24, 2025. This MoU paves the way for a 1,000 MW solar power project, aligning with India’s ambitious goal of achieving 500 GW of renewable capacity by 2030. The project is expected to spur local employment, reduce carbon emissions, and improve regional energy access.

In Maharashtra, Skymax is developing a 95.10 MW solar project with the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) already in place. Simultaneously, discussions are underway with the Gujarat government for another large-scale solar initiative, showcasing the company’s expanding national presence.

Karan Rawat emphasized the company’s mission to contribute to India’s clean energy future through innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence. With a robust pipeline and strategic state-level partnerships, Skymax Infrapower is set to be a key player in India’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
