Sterlite Electric Secures Record Rs7,500 Cr Orders in FY’25, Reinforces Global Leadership in Green Transmission

Sterlite Electric Ltd, formerly Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, has achieved a record-breaking Rs2,400 crore in order wins during Q4 FY’25, bringing its total FY’25 order book to Rs7,500 crore—its highest ever. These wins span high-performance conductors, power cables, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), and specialized EPC services, highlighting the company’s pivotal role in strengthening India’s green energy transmission infrastructure and expanding its global presence.
The company has seen strong domestic demand, particularly from PGCIL, state utilities, and private discoms, for 96F and 144F OPGW cables and advanced power cable solutions (MV, HV, EHV). Internationally, Sterlite Electric secured major conductor and OPGW orders in the Americas, EU, Africa, and the Middle East, including a landmark 132 kV smart cable project in Southeast Asia and its largest 220 kV order from a top Indian private distributor.
CEO Reshu Madan emphasized that Sterlite Electric’s innovative and sustainable solutions are driving global energy transitions, positioning the company as a key player in integrating renewables into power grids. The company’s growing traction in specialized EPC services—such as uprating and reconductoring using ACCC technology—further underscores its ability to deliver high-performance, future-ready infrastructure.
