Sungrow to Supply 835 MW of Advanced Inverters to Juniper Green Energy for Projects in Maharashtra and Rajasthan

Sungrow, a leading provider of PV inverters and energy storage systems, has secured a major order to supply 835 MW of its advanced inverter solutions to Juniper Green Energy. The order includes the SG320HX-20 (300 kW) string inverters and SG4400UD-20 (4.4 MW) central inverters, both of which offer high efficiency (up to 99%) and advanced power tracking capabilities to ensure optimal energy generation under varying conditions. Notably, the central inverters are designed to operate in temperatures up to 51°C, aligning with India’s demanding climate.
The inverters will be deployed across several solar project sites in Maharashtra (Chappalgaon, Karanja, Jalkot) and Rajasthan (Fatehgarh, Bhadla), strategically selected for their strong solar potential. This collaboration supports seamless integration with India’s renewable energy grid and reflects the mutual commitment of both companies to enhance energy efficiency and grid stability.
Sunil Badesra, Country Head of Sungrow India, emphasized the significance of this deal in reinforcing Sungrow’s market position and advancing India’s clean energy agenda. The partnership also aligns with Juniper Green Energy’s ambitious goal of reaching 10 GW of installed solar capacity by 2030.
