Terra Clean, a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation, Seeks Bids for Land and Connectivity for 600 MW Solar Projects

Terra Clean, a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation, has issued tenders for land acquisition and connectivity approval packages for two interstate transmission system (ISTS)-connected solar power projects totaling 600 MW. These projects will be developed across India, with separate tenders for a 300 MW captive solar project and a 300 MW non-captive solar project.


Key Details of the Tenders:

The submission deadline for both tenders is January 16, 2025, with bids to be opened on the same day. Interested bidders must pay a bid fee of Rs 20,000 . The Bid Document Fee is Rs 26,550

Background on Terra Clean and Indian Oil's Green Initiatives

Earlier this year, Indian Oil Corporation established Terra Clean to consolidate its green energy initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and foster innovation. With an initial equity investment of Rs 1304 Cr , Terra Clean is focused on developing a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects, starting with an installed capacity of 1 GW.
