Terra Clean Invites Bids for 100 MW Solar Land Aggregation Project in Gujarat

Sept 26, 2025

Terra Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation, has floated a tender to aggregate land for 100 MW of intra-state transmission system (InSTS)-connected solar power projects in Banaskantha, Gujarat. The tender also carries a greenshoe option for an additional 100 MW capacity.

Bids must be submitted by October 15, 2025, and will be opened on the same day. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs392,000, along with a bidding fee of Rs15,000 and a token tender document fee of Rs1.

To qualify, bidders must demonstrate prior experience in arranging land for solar, wind, or hybrid renewable projects, or in grid-connected renewable parks with a cumulative capacity of at least 20 MW over the last seven years. At least one such project must have been 10 MW or more. Alternatively, bidders can qualify by having arranged land for industrial, infrastructure, logistics, or warehousing projects (excluding residential) covering a cumulative area of at least 70 acres in the last seven years, with one project spanning a minimum of 35 acres.

Additionally, bidders must show a positive net worth in the most recent financial year and an average annual turnover of at least Rs92.7 million over the past five years.

This announcement follows Terra Clean’s August 2025 tender for land aggregation for a 300 MW ISTS-connected solar project in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, which also carried a greenshoe option for an additional 300 MW.
