Transrail Lighting Secures Rs534 Cr T&D Orders, FY26 Intake Crosses Rs1,600 Cr

Indian EPC major Transrail Lighting Ltd. has secured fresh transmission and distribution (T&D) orders worth Rs534 crore across domestic and international markets, including its largest substation project in Africa. With this, the company’s total order intake for FY26 has already crossed Rs1,600 crore, according to MD & CEO Randeep Narang. He emphasized the company’s focus on efficient execution and timely delivery as it enters the new financial year with solid momentum.
Specializing in power T&D, Transrail has integrated manufacturing capabilities for lattice structures, conductors, and monopoles, and has completed over 200 projects in the sector. The firm posted a 39.76% year-on-year revenue growth in Q4 FY25, driven by strong performance in the T&D segment. For the full fiscal year, its operating revenue rose 30.20% to Rs5,307.75 crore.
In Q4 FY25 alone, the company received new orders worth Rs4,965 crore, bringing the total order inflow for FY25 to Rs9,680 crore. The strong order book and growth performance underline Transrail’s growing footprint in both domestic and international T&D markets.
