WorldOne Energies Commissions 1.2 GW TOPCon Solar Module Line, Eyes 10 GW by 2030

Apr 17, 2025

WorldOne Energies, based in Nagpur, has successfully commissioned a 1.2 GW solar module manufacturing line focused on producing its high-efficiency Supreme Series n-type TOPCon bifacial modules, ranging from 525 Wp to 650 Wp. These modules are designed using 144/156 half-cut cells and offer up to 23.26?ficiency, suitable for residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications.

A standout feature of this line is the 33?ster production rate compared to standard Indian lines, achieved through the deployment of India’s largest chamber laminators, which boost output per cycle while maintaining quality.

WorldOne Energies has big plans to expand its module production capacity to 7 GW by 2027 and 10 GW by 2030. It also aims to establish a 2 GW solar cell facility, scalable to 5 GW, further strengthening its integrated solar manufacturing capabilities.

In addition to modules, the company offers battery energy storage systems (BESS) using high-capacity lithium-ion batteries and hybrid energy management solutions. It also provides a range of solar inverters for grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid systems, making it a comprehensive player in India’s growing solar and energy storage ecosystem.
