The course offers an integrated approach to various technologies like Smart Grids, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Blockchain, and Energy Storage. It covers a range of topics, including the applications of these technologies, their value chain, system integration challenges, business models, and the policy aspects involved. The program consists of 16 detailed modules, designed to help professionals understand and implement these technologies effectively. It is now available on the iGoT-Karmayogi platform, making it accessible for those eager to enhance their skills in these advanced technologies.
This initiative is a step towards modernizing the Indian power sector by providing the workforce with the necessary skills to handle and implement cutting-edge technologies, which are becoming crucial in the country's energy transition.
The course is designed for professionals already working in the power sector and aims to boost their understanding of the growing role of digital tools in the sector’s evolution. By enrolling in this program, power sector professionals can gain insights into new technological solutions that can optimize the functioning of utilities and improve energy efficiency in the country.
