Hoymiles Launches HIS-(3–6)L-G3 Hybrid Inverter Series with AI-Driven Energy Management for Homes
Mar 10, 2026
Hoymiles Power Electronics has unveiled the HIS-(3–6)L-G3 hybrid inverter series, a single-phase solution designed for residential solar installations. The new system integrates AI-based energy management and smart connectivity, allowing homeowners to optimize solar generation, storage, and consumption more efficiently.
The inverter is designed to function as the central hub of a residential energy ecosystem, helping users monitor and manage their solar infrastructure with enhanced control. The system supports parallel connection of up to 10 units, enabling households to scale their energy systems as electricity needs grow.
The device is integrated with the S-Miles Cloud, which allows both homeowners and installers to monitor performance, track energy production, and perform remote diagnostics in real time. According to the company, the platform also enables quick system setup with a five-minute configuration process, while the inverter’s IP66 protection rating ensures durability and reliable outdoor operation.
A variant of the system, the HIS-(3–6)L-G3S, includes a built-in display that provides real-time operational data directly on the unit. During installation or maintenance, technicians can quickly check PV input levels, battery status, grid connection, and load output without relying entirely on mobile applications.
This dual-monitoring environment, combining the inverter display and the S-Miles Cloud platform, offers improved visibility for both field technicians and homeowners, simplifying system diagnostics and performance management.
Designed for compact residential installations, the inverter features a wall-mounted structure with a depth of just 99 mm, allowing it to fit easily into homes where installation space is limited.
With the launch of the HIS-(3–6)L-G3 series, Hoymiles aims to enhance residential solar adoption by combining smart energy management, scalable system architecture, and real-time monitoring capabilities to support the growing demand for efficient home energy solutions.
