Nov 08, 2025

ACME Solar Holdings has posted a remarkable 103.8% year-on-year growth in Q2 FY26 revenue, reaching Rs 601 crore, fueled by capacity expansion and improved capacity utilization factor (CUF). Profit after tax (PAT) soared 652.1% to Rs 115 crore during the quarter.

For the first half of FY26, the company recorded revenue of Rs 1,185 crore, marking an 86.6% rise from Rs 635 crore in H1 FY25. PAT for H1 FY26 surged dramatically to Rs 246 crore, up 1,373.4% from Rs 17 crore in the previous year.

During Q2, ACME partially commissioned 28 MW of a 100 MW wind project in Gujarat, taking the total H1 FY26 YTD commissioned capacity to 378 MW. The company also secured 720 MW/2,460 MWh of renewable projects (including 670 MW/2,240 MWh Solar + ESS and 50 MW/220 MWh FDRE) and 550 MWh standalone BESS capacity. Additionally, PPAs were signed for 50 MW/220 MWh FDRE and 550 MWh standalone BESS, bringing total H1 FY26 signed capacity to 600 MW/1,350 MWh and 550 MWh.

ACME also expanded its energy storage footprint by ordering an additional 2 GWh BESS from a global supplier, increasing the total BESS orders to 5.1 GWh.

Commenting on the results, Manoj Kumar Upadhyay, Chairperson & MD of ACME Solar Holdings, said, “Our strong quarterly performance highlights the robustness of our renewable portfolio and operational efficiency. Higher generation and improved efficiency enabled us to achieve over 100% growth in EBITDA year-on-year.”

He added, “In October 2025, we successfully commissioned a 10 MWh BESS pilot in Rajasthan. Phased delivery of the 5.1 GWh BESS order is expected from December, with staged commissioning starting Q4 FY26. Our focus on timely execution, operational excellence, and disciplined capital allocation, alongside efforts to optimize financing costs, will continue to strengthen our balance sheet.”

ACME Solar currently operates 2,918 MW of capacity, with 4,472 MW under construction, including 13.5 GWh of BESS installations.
