Adani, AMPIN, and Jindal Secure Key Wins in NTPC’s 1.2 GW Wind-Solar Hybrid Auction

Prominent players including Adani Renewables Energy Holding Twelve, AMPIN Energy Utility, and JSP Green (Jindal Renewables) emerged as winners in NTPC's 1.2 GW Wind-Solar Hybrid Auction (Hybrid 02). This tender was floated in August 2024. The details of winners are as under:

  • JSP Green (Jindal Renewables): 350 MW at a tariff of Rs 3.38/kWh.
  • Adyant Enersol (Datta Infra): Awarded 150 MW at Rs 3.44/kWh.
  • Green Prairie Energy IV (EverGreen Power): Won 200 MW at Rs 3.44/kWh.
  • AMPIN Energy Utility: Secured 150 MW at Rs 3.44/kWh.
  • Adani Renewable Energy Holding Twelve (Adani Green): Allotted 350 MW at Rs 3.44/kWh under the bucket-filling method.

Wind Turbines under these projects must be type-certified models listed in the MNRE Revised List of Models and Manufacturers and Solar Modules must be listed in MNRE’s ALMM List.
