Adani Green Expands Renewable Portfolio with 510 MW Commissioned in Gujarat, Capacity Approaches 18 GW

Adani Green Energy Limited has commissioned 510.1 MW of renewable energy capacity at Khavda in Gujarat, further strengthening its growing clean energy portfolio, according to a recent regulatory filing.
The projects have been developed through the company’s stepdown subsidiaries and commenced power generation on March 22 after receiving the required approvals. With this latest addition, the company’s total operational renewable energy capacity has reached 17,982.3 MW.
The newly operational capacity comprises a mix of solar, wind, and hybrid projects executed across multiple special purpose vehicles. These include installations under entities such as Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B Limited, Adani Green Energy Twenty Four Limited, and Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited, among others.
This development forms part of the company’s ongoing efforts to scale up its renewable energy footprint and contribute to India’s clean energy transition. The expansion at Khavda continues to play a key role in supporting large-scale deployment of sustainable power infrastructure in the country.
