Bondada Engineering has secured a Balance of System (BoS) engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract valued at Rs 391.38 crore from NTPC Green Energy for the development of a 300 MW solar power project in Lalitpur district of Uttar Pradesh.

According to a regulatory disclosure, the contract covers the complete execution of the solar project, including design and engineering, site preparation, equipment manufacturing and inspection, supply and logistics, insurance, installation, testing, and final commissioning of the plant.

In addition to EPC services, Bondada Engineering will also undertake operations and maintenance (O&M) responsibilities for a period of three years following project completion. The company stated that the project is scheduled to be completed within 15 months from the date of receipt of the letter of award.

The company noted that the order is expected to be executed within the stipulated timeline and will make a meaningful contribution to its revenues and profitability during the construction phase, while strengthening long-term value creation for stakeholders.

Commenting on the development, Bondada Engineering said the contract underscores its execution capabilities in utility-scale renewable energy projects and further deepens its association with leading public sector clients. The order also improves visibility for medium-term revenue growth and enhances the company’s overall order book.
