BSES Rajdhani Power Limited Appoints Mr. Abhishek Ranjan as CEO

In a significant development, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) has appointed Mr. Abhishek Ranjan as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With over two decades of industry experience and a proven leadership record, Mr. Ranjan is set to lead BRPL towards innovation and sustainable growth.

Mr. Ranjan’s impressive academic background includes a PGDM from XLRI (2008) and a degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Bhopal (1998). He has further enhanced his profile with certifications in Business Excellence from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, Data and Decision Science Consulting from IIT Delhi, and is a Certified Energy Manager by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).

Throughout his career, Mr. Ranjan has held key leadership roles in organizations such as Renew Power, Reliance Power, NHPC, and Infosys. His most recent role was as a Partner at Ernst & Young - Parthenon, specializing in Energy Transition and Decarbonization, focusing on Renewable Electricity, Energy Storage, and Power Markets.
