Gautam Solar to Unveil 635/640 Wp G12R TOPCon Modules at REI 2025

Gautam Solar is set to introduce its latest innovation — the 635 Wp and 640 Wp G12R TOPCon solar modules — at the upcoming Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025, scheduled from October 30 to November 1 at Greater Noida.

The launch follows recent ALMM and BIS certifications for both module variants, marking a significant milestone in Gautam Solar’s mission to deliver high-efficiency, next-generation solar technologies for developers and EPC contractors.

Built on advanced G12R TOPCon technology, the new modules boast efficiency levels of up to 23.69% and are equipped with 132 rectangular cells. Despite their similar size to standard TOPCon modules, they generate up to 5% more power, offering greater energy output without requiring additional installation space.

Their compact design and high power density make them ideal for rooftop and utility-scale projects, enhancing land utilisation and reducing Balance of System (BOS) and Levelised Cost of Energy (LCOE). With minimal LID and LeTID, lower degradation rates, and a bifacial gain potential of up to 30%, the modules promise superior long-term performance, durability, and reliability.
