Godrej Enterprises Group Targets 15% Growth on Strong Rs2,600 Crore Energy Solutions Pipeline

Mar 18, 2026

Godrej Enterprises Group is witnessing solid traction in its energy solutions segment, backed by a robust project pipeline of Rs2,600 crore at the end of FY26, positioning the business for around 15% growth by FY27.

Godrej Enterprises Group has reported strong momentum in its Energy Solutions business, supported by a diversified pipeline spanning transmission infrastructure, railway electrification, and renewable energy projects across India. The company expects this healthy order book to drive steady growth in the coming year.

The growth outlook is underpinned by rising demand for power transmission networks, grid modernization, and electrification initiatives. These trends align with India’s broader push to strengthen its energy infrastructure and meet increasing electricity demand driven by industrial and urban expansion.

The company is actively expanding its footprint in high-growth regions such as Gujarat and Rajasthan, where renewable energy capacity additions are accelerating. At the same time, markets like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu are witnessing increased investments in grid upgrades and transmission infrastructure due to growing industrialization and urban demand.

Commenting on the outlook, Raghavendra Mirji highlighted that India’s transition toward stronger power infrastructure and cleaner energy is creating significant opportunities across the sector. He noted that the company’s expanding order book reflects rising demand for integrated solutions in transmission, railway electrification, and renewable energy.

Over the past year, the group has executed several key projects, strengthening its capabilities in power transmission and distribution. This includes commissioning 25 units of 765 kV AIS and GIS bays in Gujarat, along with 54 units of 400 kV and below AIS/GIS bays across multiple locations.

The company has also contributed to regional infrastructure by commissioning a 220/132 kV AIS substation in Sikkim. In the railway sector, it delivered three traction substations, supporting the electrification of rail networks and promoting energy-efficient transport.

In line with clean energy goals, Godrej Enterprises Group has further expanded its renewable portfolio, including the commissioning of a 6.5 MWp rooftop solar project in Jaipur.
