GRE Renew Enertech has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from Solarium Green Energy for the execution of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works for a utility-scale solar power project valued at INR 175 crore. The project further strengthens GRE Renew Enertech's growing presence in India's rapidly expanding utility-scale solar EPC market.

The awarded contract involves the development of an approximately 50 MW AC/65 MW DC ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) project. Under the agreement, GRE Renew Enertech will undertake comprehensive EPC responsibilities, including civil construction, structural works, electrical installation, balance-of-plant infrastructure, testing, commissioning, and other allied project activities required for the successful execution of the solar facility.

In addition to project construction, the company will provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three years, ensuring efficient plant performance and long-term operational reliability after commissioning.

The total contract is valued at INR 175 crore, excluding applicable taxes. Of this amount, INR 170 crore has been allocated for EPC execution, while the remaining INR 5 crore covers the three-year operation and maintenance contract.

The latest order adds to GRE Renew Enertech's growing project portfolio following the successful commissioning of ground-mounted solar power projects with a combined installed capacity of 7.20 MW (AC)/9.67 MW (DC) in Gujarat last month. The commissioning further demonstrated the company's capability in delivering utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure across different project segments.

Earlier in 2026, GRE Renew Enertech also strengthened its financial position by raising approximately INR 39.56 crore through its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the BSE SME platform. The capital raised is expected to support business expansion, enhance execution capabilities, and enable the company to pursue a larger pipeline of renewable energy projects.

The order from Solarium Green Energy comes at a time when demand for large-scale solar EPC services continues to rise across India. Growing investments in utility-scale renewable energy projects by independent power producers (IPPs), government agencies, and commercial developers are creating significant opportunities for EPC companies with proven execution capabilities.

Ground-mounted solar projects remain a key component of India's renewable energy expansion strategy due to their ability to deliver electricity at competitive tariffs while supporting grid-scale clean power generation. As India works toward achieving 500 GW of installed non-fossil fuel-based electricity capacity by 2030, utility-scale solar developments are expected to account for a substantial share of new capacity additions.

By securing this high-value EPC contract, GRE Renew Enertech further reinforces its position in the renewable energy value chain while expanding its order book and strengthening its role in supporting India's clean energy transition through the delivery of large-scale solar infrastructure.
