ITI Seeks Bids for 738,000 Polycrystalline Solar Cells

ITI Limited, a public sector enterprise under the Department of Telecommunication, has announced a tender for procuring 738,000 polycrystalline solar cells. These solar cells must feature a 5BB design and deliver a minimum power output of 3.58 Wp, with a tolerance range of -0% to +2%. The total capacity of the procurement, based on these specifications, will be approximately 2.64 MW.

The deadline for bid submission is January 20, 2025, with bids being opened on the same day. The delivery will occur in three phases, with the first batch expected within 30 days of the purchase order.

The earnest money deposit (EMD) amount is 2% of the tender value, capped at Rs 500,000 .

All supplied solar cells must come from the latest production batch, with batch numbers clearly labeled for verification. A final inspection will take place at ITI’s premises, ensuring compliance with the organization’s ISO 14001 environmental standards.
