KP Group Achieves INR 2,315 Crore Revenue and 68% Profit Growth in H1 FY26

KP Group, one of India’s leading renewable energy conglomerates, has reported impressive financial results for the second quarter (Q2) and first half (H1) of FY 2025–26, showcasing strong growth across its listed subsidiaries — KPI Green Energy, KP Energy, and KP Green Engineering.

The Group’s consolidated revenue for the half year surged 77.7% year-on-year to Rs 2,315 crore, while net profit climbed 68.2% to Rs 347.66 crore, primarily driven by higher project execution and increasing demand for clean energy solutions in India.

Performance Highlights by Subsidiary

• KPI Green Energy Ltd., the Group’s solar and hybrid energy arm, reported a 77.4% rise in Q2 revenue to Rs 641.14 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) grew 67% to Rs 116.64 crore. For H1 FY26, the company recorded Rs 1,255.26 crore in revenue and Rs 227.95 crore in PAT, reflecting consistent year-on-year growth.

• KP Energy Ltd., specializing in wind energy solutions, saw Q2 revenue increase by 50.23% to Rs 303.47 crore, with PAT rising 44.1% to Rs 35.94 crore. Its H1 revenue reached Rs 524.07 crore, while profit grew 42.2% to Rs 61.36 crore.

• KP Green Engineering Ltd., the Group’s fabrication and engineering division, doubled its H1 revenue to Rs 535.98 crore, while PAT soared 112% to Rs 58.30 crore, underlining strong operational momentum.

Commenting on the performance, Dr. Faruk G. Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of KP Group, said:

In recognition of the solid results, the boards of all three listed entities have declared a 5% dividend (Rs 0.25 per share) for the reporting period.
