KP Group and Fabtech Group Join Forces to Develop Green Infrastructure for Global Life Sciences Sector
Oct 29, 2025
Renewable energy leader KP Group has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fabtech Group to jointly develop green energy–powered projects for the pharma, biotech, and healthcare sectors worldwide.
As part of this collaboration, all life sciences projects executed by Fabtech—across conventional and modular formats—will be powered by clean, renewable energy provided by KP Group. The partnership aims to drive a global shift toward sustainable, low-carbon infrastructure for the life sciences industry.
Under the strategic alliance, KP Group will supply and integrate solar, wind, hybrid, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and green hydrogen solutions into Fabtech’s operations. Together, the companies plan to design and implement pilot and demonstration projects, followed by commercial-scale rollouts of renewable-powered infrastructure around the world.
The initiative represents a key milestone in advancing carbon-neutral and digital-ready ecosystems, aligning with KP Group’s broader commitment to sustainability and innovation in green infrastructure.
Dr. Faruk Patel, Founding Promoter of KP Group, stated:
“This collaboration marks another step in our mission to drive sustainability through innovation. By combining our renewable energy expertise with Fabtech’s life sciences projects, we aim to create greener, smarter, and more efficient infrastructure for the future.”
Aasif Ahsan Khan, Founding Promoter of Fabtech Group, added:
“Together, KP Group and Fabtech Group are redefining how life sciences and advanced facilities are built—making them faster, cleaner, and smarter by embedding renewable energy at the core.”
The MoU also establishes a framework for joint opportunities across India, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on sustainability, digitalisation, and renewable-powered infrastructure for the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
